Taylor Rose, part of AIIC Group, is one of the UK's largest legal conveyancing businesses, with more than 1,000 fee-earning consultants.
Its practice runs on a heavily customised Salesforce platform, where a small in-house team carries the build, the documentation and the knowledge gaps that come with it. Adopting AI across a regulated legal business also needed governance the firm could stand behind.
With ThirdEye's steer, AIIC rolled out Claude Code and the Claude desktop app across its developers and admins. We led enablement on skills, hooks, commands and coding standards, and advised on model selection and sub-agent architecture.
Claude Code builds test scripts and Salesforce metadata including Apex, Lightning Web Components and flows, analyses bugs, and explains platform features where knowledge is thin. Users are now matching MatterSphere information schemas to Salesforce metadata, allowing them to triage 150 objects and fields instantly. The desktop app, connected to tools like Miro, handles documentation, diagramming and test data.
AIIC Group are also using Claude Code to build pipelines to migrate millions of documents from across the business, as well as connecting to Databricks to unlock advanced C-suite reporting that was previously unachievable.
Claude Code is now used daily to build Salesforce metadata, with bug analysis and platform knowledge gaps resolved quickly and in place, rather than escalated. Documentation, diagramming and test data is produced via the Claude Desktop app, saving significant manual time. System admins can also build prototypes of applications that will dramatically reduce their manual effort, which is then passed to developers to build in production, increasing overall team efficiency.
ThirdEye are also supporting the implementation of Claude Tag in accordance with a shared AI Governance Committee.
